My overall goal is to find and create optimal solutions to make strong positive impacts. I have had experience with building website applications from the ground up as well as experience in handling and maintaining existing systems. My biggest value is to always provide utmost quality in anything I deliver, whether it is a software project, a technical analysis, or any other deliverable, I strive for quality, stability, and collaboration. My previous experience in maintaining, upgrading, and installing SAP systems has allowed me to gain valuable experience in overseeing many parts of the IT landscape and watching it all work together. You need someone who can see the big picture while having the skills to move forward against any obstacle to keep your business running smoothly, on time, and on target. I can bring both the strategic perspective and technical expertise needed to deliver on these objectives effectively.
Over the course of my work, I’ve driven several high-impact initiatives that strengthened both system performance and security across complex enterprise environments. I successfully configured Solution Manager while managing a landscape of more than 15 systems, improving monitoring and operational oversight. I streamlined infrastructure maintenance by automating WSUS patching across 75+ servers, significantly reducing manual effort and risk exposure. As part of a broader security overhaul, I implemented encryption at rest for over 30 MSSQL and HANA systems and introduced Kerberos SSO for ECC environments, enhancing both data protection and user experience. In parallel, I led a major Oracle upgrade from 12c to 19c and directed the planning and execution of upgrades across a wide SAP ecosystem, including ECC, S/4HANA, GRC, PI/PO, HANA, and Solution Manager, ensuring minimal disruption and strong alignment with business objectives.
Throughout my career in SAP, I have led projects involving the upgrade, implementation, and troubleshooting of business-critical applications supported by SAP, databases, and various third-party technologies. I have also been responsible for provisioning and managing infrastructure in both VMware and Google Cloud Platform environments, ensuring systems are scalable and aligned with operational needs. In addition, I have designed and executed disaster recovery strategies, including failover testing, with thorough documentation to support business continuity. A key area of my work has focused on security and compliance, where I contributed to a major overhaul by developing enhanced monitoring controls and implementing encryption at rest across more than 30 servers. Earlier in my career, I also developed a range of technical projects using multiple programming languages, from lightweight automation scripts for data processing to more advanced applications, including a prototype music-based social media platform with user authentication features.
